About my order
How will I know if I placed my order successfully?
Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email that includes an order number and details of the order. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us at hello@milesthelabel.com so that we can look into it for you.
How can I modify my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us at hello@milesthelabel.com and specify the changes that you’d like to make. If the changes can be made to your order, we will confirm these changes once made. Changes can only be made to order prior to shipment, once the order has been shipped, no changes are possible.
How can I correct a mistake on my mailing address?
If after placing your order you notice that the shipping address is incorrect, please send an e-mail to hello@milesthelabel.com detailing your order number as well as the correct mailing address. We will then make the changes required to your order information in order for the package to be shipped to the right address. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot change shipping information.
Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one promotional code can be applied to an order at a time. The last code entered will supersede any previously entered codes.
What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
Occasionally we may experience stock discrepancies owing to higher than expected demand. While we do our best to keep accurate inventory levels, in the rare event that a stock discrepancy occurs, we will promptly notify you via email.
About shipping & returns
How long will it take for my order to be processed?Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. However, during busy periods such as the holiday season, orders may take 3-7 business days to ship.
How long does standard shipping take?
Depending on your shipping location, orders are delivered within 2-10 business days after having received your shipping confirmation. Please check our shipping page for more details.

We’re sorry that you received a defective item and we invite you to send us details and pictures to hello@milesthelabel.com so we can find a solution.
I'm ordering a gift, how can I give you further instructions?
You can provide us with any instructions regarding your order (note, gift receipt…) at checkout, or you can write to us at hello@milesthelabel.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
