How will i know if i placed my order successfully?

Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us soon after. If you’re unsure of whether your order was submitted, please contact us at hello@milesthelabel.com so that we can look into it for you!

Can I make any modifications to my recent order (sizing, style, color, etc.)

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us at hello@milesthelabel.com and specify the changes that you’d like to make. If the changes can be made to your order, we will confirm these changes once made. Changes can only be made to order prior to shipment, once the order has been shipped, no changes are possible.

How can I correct a mistake on my mailing address?

Please make sure to notify us by sending an e-mail to hello@milesthelabel.com specifying your order number and your correct mailing address. We will make the changes on your order information for your packaged to be shipped at the right address.

Can i cumulate promotions or promo code?

You can use only one promo code per order. Promotions can't be cumulate. Please note promo code can't be cumulate with items on sale neither. We suggest to keep a promo code with no use-by-date for a next order. Please note thate our new member discount can't be cumulate on ARCHIVE collection.

When will my order be shipped?

All order are processed within 24hours. Please note that our office and warehouse are closed during weekend.

How long does standard shipping take?

Depending on your shipping location, orders are delivered within 2-10 business days after having received your shipping confirmation. Please check our shipping page for more details.

Can i exchange or return items from my order?
We invite you to check our Exchange & returns policy to get more information.

Regarding the Archive collection, all items are final sale. Returns or refunds are not applicable for these items.

We’re sorry that you received a defective item and we invite you to send us details and pictures to hello@milesthelabel.com so we can find a solution.
